De La Rue plc is a United Kingdom-based company, which provides governments and commercial organizations with products and services that underpin the integrity of trade, personal identity and the movement of goods. The Company’s segments include Currency and Authentication. In Currency segment, the Company designs, manufactures and delivers banknotes, polymer substrate and security features around the world. Its Currency segment provides end-to-end currency solutions to over half the central banks and issuing authorities around the world. In Authentication segment, the Company provides physical and digital solutions to authenticate products through the supply chain and to provide tracking of exercisable goods to support compliance with government regulators. Through its DLR Certify platform, it offers a range of modular solutions that can be deployed and provide tax authorities with an independent outlook, control, audit and data analytics over the movement of legitimate product.
