Profile Summary
Vector Capital plc is a United Kingdom-based commercial lending company that offers secured loans primarily to businesses. The principal activities of the Company include provision of finance for land and property development, bridging loans and secured business finance. Its products include Bridging-Residential, Bridging-Commercial, Buy to Let Terms, Land & Development and 2nd Charge Loans. It provides secured, business-to-business loans to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based principally in England and Wales. Loans are secured by a first legal charge against real estate. Its customers borrow for general working capital purposes, bridging ahead of refinancing, land development and property acquisition. The loans provided by the Company are for renewable 12-month terms with fixed interest rates. The Company's loans to its borrowers are financed primarily from a combination of the Company's own resources and the debt facilities.
