Capital & Regional plc is a United Kingdom-based retail property real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns retail and leisure properties throughout the United Kingdom and specializes in community shopping centers. The Company operates through three segments: Shopping Centers, Snozone and Group/Central. The Shopping Centers segment consists of the shopping centers at Hemel Hempstead, Redditch, Ilford, Maidstone, Walthamstow, and Wood Green. The Snozone and Group/Central segments consist of the operation of indoor ski slopes and the management of property funds or schemes respectively. The Company manages the assets through its in-house property and asset management platform. The Company's portfolio includes The Mall Maidstone, 17&Central, Walthamstow, The Mall Wood Green, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead and Exchange, Ilford.
