Asia Strategic Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based independent developer, manager, operator and investor in businesses across Asia. The Company operates through three segments: Education, Services and Others. The Education segment is engaged in the operation of education businesses ranging from early years to tertiary education and including vocational training, consultancy, advisory and project management services in the education sector in Myanmar and Vietnam. The Services segment is engaged in the provision of integrated security services, consultancy, advisory and project management services in the security and hospitality sectors in Myanmar. The Others segment provides corporate services, management support and certain shares services to subsidiaries of the Company. The Company operates a range of brands across English language learning, tertiary education and K-12. Its subsidiaries include MS Exera Pte Ltd, MS Leisure Pte Ltd, MS English Pte. Ltd. and MS Auston Pte. Ltd.
