Profile Summary
Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited invests in a diversified portfolio of senior and subordinated economic infrastructure debt investments through Sequoia IDF Asset Holdings S.A. and Yotta BidCo Limited. Its investment objective is to provide investors with regular, sustained, long-term distributions and capital appreciation from a diversified portfolio of senior and subordinated economic infrastructure debt investments, subject to the investment criteria as set out in the investment policy. It operates through investment in senior and subordinated infrastructure debt instruments and related and/or similar assets segment. Its investment policy is to invest in a portfolio of loans, notes and bonds in which no more than 10% by value of the Fund’s net asset value relates to any one individual infrastructure asset. It invests in various market sectors, including transport, utilities, power and others. Its investment advisor is Sequoia Investment Management Company Limited.
